With over two decades of staffing experience, Tara’s diverse background within the industry includes roles as a managing partner for two start-up companies and leading and developing both sales and operations teams. Tara started her career in staffing at one of the largest publicly traded firms, where she held many roles, including in recruiting, business development, and leadership. She transitioned from life sciences to mid-revenue cycle healthcare staffing, where she helped create a case management and utilization review division for MedPartners through her trust-based, relationship-building approach to business development. Tara has focused on revenue cycle staffing for ten years. As a proud graduate of Purdue University, she earned a degree in business and marketing.
Jason brings 20 years of healthcare staffing experience, leveraging his network to grow teams and implement physician-led staffing services. His people-first approach has earned him a loyal following of consultants and colleagues.
Previously, Jason was a senior recruiter at MedPartners, where he specialized in HIM staffing and earned multiple honors, including President’s Club, Recruiter of the Year, and Millionaire’s Club. He began his career at Kforce’s HIM Division, winning “Rookie of the Year” in 2008, and later worked at Maxim Healthcare. Jason holds a marketing degree from Florida State University.
Josh Pierce is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition. At Velarity HCS, Josh is responsible for talent acquisition and the strategic processes that enable candidate success.
Prior to founding Brundage Workforce Solutions, Josh served as senior recruiter for MedPartners. During his tenure, he was one of the founding members of the case management and social work division for MedPartners, a $200 million mid-revenue staffing organization. He received several awards and recognitions, including a three-time President’s Club recipient, Recruiter of the Year, and Millionaire’s Club in 2019. Josh earned a Master of Arts degree with a concentration in leadership from Liberty University and a bachelor’s degree from Baptist College of Florida.
David Guren has over ten years of leadership experience and brings a high-energy, visionary approach that helps to lead the integration of our Physician Advisor services, analytics, and mid-revenue cycle staffing support.
David previously worked as an account executive at MedPartners, where he focused on care management and utilization management. He served as a trusted partner to health systems and assisted in identifying the correct resources to streamline throughput, lower length of stay, and improve compliant level of care.
Prior to joining MedPartners, David was an area director of operations for Covelli Enterprises. He was directly responsible for all aspects of operations, including leading six separate management teams and overseeing 300 employees. David holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of South Florida.
Sean leads account management and business development at Velarity HCS, delivering revenue cycle staffing for hospitals and health systems. With nearly 10 years in the industry, he’s known for closing deals and building strong partnerships. Previously, he specialized in HIM staffing as an account executive and spent a decade driving revenue growth as a regional manager at United Rentals. Sean holds a business finance degree from the University of South Florida.
Adam Telischak is Senior Vice President at Velarity HCS, providing executive leadership across the organization and overseeing all functional areas of the business. He has direct responsibility for Sales and works closely with leaders in recruiting, operations, finance, and delivery to align strategy, performance, and growth. Adam is known for his consultative, people-first leadership style and ability to translate vision into execution.
Adam has more than a decade of experience in healthcare staffing and revenue cycle services. He began his career in recruiting and account management roles, giving him a practical, end-to-end understanding of workforce delivery and client partnerships. Prior to joining Brundage Group, Adam served as an Account Executive at HCtec and was a founding member of MedPartners’ Case Management Division.
Conner Uhrin is Vice President of Business Optimization at Velarity HCS, leading initiatives to improve operational efficiency, align workforce solutions, and drive performance across healthcare revenue cycle services. He oversees recruiting, finance, and operations, combining people strategy with financial insight for scalable growth.
Conner began his career as an Account Executive at Harmony Healthcare, building expertise in revenue cycle operations and client partnerships. Known for his data-driven approach, he translates complex challenges into actionable plans and measurable results. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and leverages his analytical mindset to guide strategic decisions and operational performance.
Josh Durst brings more than 20 years of accounting experience across multiple industries. He previously served as an Audit Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick in Jacksonville, FL, and today owns and operates a full‑service accounting firm in Pensacola.
Josh earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of West Florida in 1997, followed by a Master’s degree in Corporate Accounting & Taxation from Florida State University in 1998. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
In addition to his professional work, Josh has held officer and director positions with several Florida organizations, including Workforce EscaRosa, Rebuild Northwest Florida, and the Santa Rosa County Chamber of Commerce.
