Account Executive

Velarity HCS is hiring a Healthcare Sales Account Executive for a full-time, on-site role in Tampa, FL. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who excels at building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing tailored workforce solutions for healthcare organizations nationwide. Responsibilities include prospecting, growing existing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery. Qualifications 

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales or account management in healthcare staffing, hospitality, human resources, or related industries preferred. 
  • Revenue Cycle knowledge preferred. 
  • Strong ability to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Experience working with CRM systems, applicant tracking systems, and HR technologies is preferred.

Recruiter

Velarity HCS is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing staffing team. This high‑impact role is essential to our continued expansion and is ideal for energetic, optimistic, and customer‑focused professionals. The Healthcare Recruiter will work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment to source top talent and support client staffing needs. Internal Coding Auditor

The Coding Compliance Auditor & Quality Consultant is responsible for ensuring coding accuracy, regulatory compliance, and coder performance across client accounts. This individual serves as a subject matter expert embedded in client success, driving measurable quality outcomes, building coder competency at scale, and serving as a trusted compliance partner to client leadership. 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of coding experience in inpatient or outpatient settings; candidates with a combination of Acute Care, Level I Trauma, Teaching Hospital, or ambulatory experience are strongly preferred. Mastery of complex coding within at least one practice setting is required. 
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or a related field preferred. 
  • Must hold at least one of the following active coding credentials: CCS, CIC, CPC, COC, or CPMA. 
  • RHIA or RHIT preferred in addition to an active coding credential; candidates holding both demonstrate a broader foundation in health information management and compliance. 
  • Extensive working knowledge of coding classification systems and reimbursement methodologies applicable to the assigned setting, including ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, HCPCS, MS-DRG, APR-DRG, and APC; proficiency in inpatient or outpatient coding practices required, with working familiarity in both preferred. 
  • Strong foundation in Medical Terminology, Anatomy and Physiology, Surgical Technology, Pharmacology, Disease Processes, and Coding Principles and Guidelines. 
  • Experience working within EHR and coding platforms including EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, 3M 360 Encompass (Solventum), TruCode, and/or comparable systems. 
  • Demonstrated experience developing education materials and delivering formal training in a remote or virtual environment. 
  • Familiarity with RAC, MAC, and OIG audit methodologies and payer-specific compliance risk areas
