SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Velarity HCS is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative for a full-time, onsite position at our Tampa, FL office.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development; healthcare staffing or SaaS sales experience a plus.
- Proven ability to execute high-volume outreach (50–60 calls/day) with strong cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting skills.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Tracker RMS, Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft personalized outreach messaging tailored to healthcare decision-makers in HIM, CDI, Case Management, or Registry departments.
Internal Coding Auditor
The Coding Compliance Auditor & Quality Consultant is responsible for ensuring coding accuracy, regulatory compliance, and coder performance across client accounts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of coding experience in inpatient or outpatient settings; candidates with a combination various facility types.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or a related field preferred.
- RHIA or RHIT preferred in addition to one of the following active coding credential; CCS, CIC, CPC, COC, or CPMA.
- Extensive working knowledge of coding classification systems and reimbursement methodologies applicable to the assigned setting, including ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT, HCPCS, MS-DRG, APR-DRG, and APC; proficiency in inpatient or outpatient coding practices required, with working familiarity in both preferred.
